Processing Manager

· Keeping up-to-date with changes in Immigration laws.

· Responsible for giving advises to clients related to Immigration process.

· Handling Processing Officers

· Gain clients confidence and keep hold on him till the entire process completes

· Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of the clients profile.

· Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising

customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

· A friendly interpersonal connection with all branch managers.

· Adhering to the work policies, and ethics of the organization.

· Prepare clients file as per the country / product checklist and forward to the relevant bodies /

sponsors

· Filtering clients profiles as per the requirement of sponsors and schedule interviews

· Take pre-screening interviews and asses candidates eligibility

· Give mock interviews to the candidate for to prepare sponsors interviews

· Give mock visa interviews to candidates

· Keep up to date clients file as per the new changes and documents received from the client





· Edit CV’s as per Europass and scrutinize it with all the details contained in it

· Assist candidates for filling up different forms received from the Sponsors / Assessing bodies / Govt

authorities

· Guide candidate to get relevant documents for his/her Immigration process

· Give pre-departure brief to the candidate

· Coordinate with global team and give assistance for landing and post landing support

Eligibility

o Year of Experience: - 5 years

o Qualification: - Any Graduate

o Required Skills/Abilities: Prior experience in Immigration processing

o UK/Canada/Schengen countries/USA.

o Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

o Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

o Familiarity with computers and the internet.

o Outstanding verbal communication with convincing ability

o Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

o Team skills and solid relationship building skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
