We are looking for an experienced Jr. Sales Enhancement Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Assist in generating and qualifying leads under the guidance of senior sales team members.

Build and maintain basic relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and sharing relevant product/service information.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, reports, and follow-up communications.

Maintain and update customer details, interactions, and lead status in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

Learn and understand company products/services to confidently explain features and benefits to prospects.

Track daily activities and share progress updates with the reporting manager.

Stay updated on basic market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Education: BA or B.Com graduates only





- Fresher or up to 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction roles.

Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Willingness to learn and adapt to sales tools, CRM software, and reporting systems.

Valuable communication skills (verbal and written).

Basic presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong interest in sales, client handling, and business growth.

Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior members.

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Skills Preferred:

- English communication skills (Tamil and Malayalam proficiency is a plus).
