Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, maintaining a strong client database,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth. Additionally, the role involves representing the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in business development processes, including research, strategy creation, and contract negotiation
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other sales software
- Knowledge of accounting or financial services preferred, but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
