The Sales Coordinator will act as a vital link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. This role involves managing inquiries, preparing quotations, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to gather technical information for clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and customer databases.
- Track order status and ensure timely communication with customers regarding delivery and support.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and invoicing.
- Support the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and sales analytics.




- Handle routine administrative tasks related to the sales department.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP/CRM software is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,066.21 - ₹29,735.42 per month
