POSTED ON: November 5th, 2016 Skyking Courier Service(Skyking) is looking for savvy and experienced Customer Service Representative who will be the face of the organization and will represent it in-front of its customers

Key Responsibilities • Responding to Customer Complaints over the phone, email and an internal chat system

• Co-coordinating with other Customer Service Representatives within Skyking and providing effective resolutions to Customer's queries

• Managing Billing and Delivery Reports of Key Customer Accounts

• Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations

• Responding to pick-up/special delivery requests

• Managing Skyking's overall Social Media Portfolio in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter

Relevant work experience in a start-up/Fortune 500 company workplace is appreciated.

Requirments • 2 years progressive Customer Service or Direct Marketing Experience

• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, ability to work under continual deadline pressure and ability to understand and coach/teach others, show high level of ethics and team work

• Basic computer operating skills

• Basic knowledge and operating skills in MS Office

• Basic knowledge of key social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

• Experience in managing Social Media Portfolio in their past job is a plus

• Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada
