The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and executing content-driven social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role is exclusively focused on organic marketing and does not involve paid advertising or performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
- Manage the company's presence across key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Maintain and manage a structured content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication.




- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze key social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels.
- Foster an active online community by engaging with audiences and maintaining a professional brand presence.
