Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservations Executive to join our team in Sangolda, North Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing reservations across multiple channels, ensuring seamless booking experiences, and maximizing occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guest communication, coordination with internal teams, and delivering exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking channels.

* Provide accurate information on villa/property availability, pricing, amenities, and policies.

* Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and payment follow-ups in the reservation system.

* Maintain accurate and updated reservation records, guest details, and reports.

* Coordinate with operations, housekeeping,



and guest relations teams to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest experiences.

* Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

* Upsell suitable properties, experiences, and add-on services to optimize revenue.

* Follow company SOPs and contribute to reporting, documentation, and process improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
