Position: Manager – Quality

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for Quality Assurance, Patient Safety, and Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives across the hospital.
- Lead and oversee Clinical Audit, Medical Audit, Internal Audit, and Quality Improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, and regulatory requirements, and lead accreditation and surveillance activities.
- Develop, monitor, and review quality indicators, patient safety metrics, incident reporting, risk management, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Establish and promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement evidence-based practices and quality standards.
- Present quality performance reports, audit findings,



and improvement initiatives to the hospital leadership and management committees.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in hospital quality management, including leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in NABH standards, clinical audits, patient safety, quality tools, and hospital accreditation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
