The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to anchor our procurement coordination and Purchase Order (PO) workflows. You will play a critical role in keeping our supply chain efficient by ensuring material availability, managing vendor interactions, and keeping internal timelines on track.This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses solid communication skills, and enjoys driving operational discipline. You will collaborate closely with internal fulfillment teams and external vendors to support Material Depot’s rapid scaling.

What You’ll Own

- PO Management: Raise purchase orders accurately and efficiently based on business and operational requirements.
- Material Tracking:



Perform routine availability checks and follow-ups for required materials to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Vendor & Internal Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between vendors and internal teams to streamline procurement workflows.
- Timeline Management: Ensure all procurement-related updates are meticulously tracked, escalated if delayed, and closed on time.
- Operational Alignment: Monitor stock and material availability against real-time operational requirements to support seamless fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination (Open to ambitious freshers!).
- Strong follow-up skills with a keen eye for detail and data tracking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action to close loops quickly.

Pay: ₹290,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
