- Perform inspection painting, PFP, Galvanizing, Insulation, Thermal Spray clients as per ITP requirement for verify quality with compliance of project specification and standard/code.
- Monitor and record environment data fitness for coating work, i.e. Wet & Dry Temperature, Humidity and Surface Temperature.
- Ensure all site coating/inspection equipment meets calibration requirements.
- Maintain records of all work done. Including Painting Reports, RFI, Painting Release reports, Insulation Reports, Materials Inspection certificates, Material Inspection reports etc.
- Monitor and verify the effectiveness of repair work and re-inspect the coated areas.
- Prepare daily accomplishment reports and detailed QC inspection reports.

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree in Engineering equivalent technical field.




- Minimum 5 years of QC Quality Controls experience in Oil & Gas industries or related.
- NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector NACE, CSWIP/BGAS, SSPC or equivalent.
- Having extensive knowledge of ISO, NACE, SSPC, ASTM and BS standards relevant to coating inspection.
- Knowledge of specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
