Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-driven Customer Service Executive (Telecaller) to join our team. This is a purely telecalling role where the company will provide direct leads. The candidate should be skilled in handling calls, building customer trust, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads
- Explain visa services (Europe, Canada, USA) and tour packages to clients
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance





Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Malayalam+English; additional languages are a plus)
- Target-oriented and confident in closing sales over calls
- Basic knowledge or interest in travel/visa services preferred
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

- Fixed salary + attractive incentives for every successful sale

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
