We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and the US Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and operational workflows.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
- Support testing, UAT, and system validation.
- Ensure compliance with US P&C; insurance regulations.
- Provide functional support,



documentation, and user training.

Requirements: 6–8 years of Business Analyst experience in the US Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

- Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, and policy servicing processes.
- Experience in large-scale insurance system implementation or transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹707,457.46 - ₹1,962,338.10 per year
