Job Title: Billing Engineer

Role Overview

The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing client and subcontractor bills, maintaining accurate measurement and quantity records, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and cost control guidelines. The position requires strong analytical, technical, and coordination skills to support accurate financial and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process client and subcontractor bills (RA & Final).
- Conduct site measurements and validate quantities in coordination with the execution team.
- Maintain detailed quantity take-off records, measurement sheets, and billing documents.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely invoice submission and certification.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, rate analysis, and cost tracking sheets.
- Support project budgeting,



cost reporting, and cash flow planning.
- Reconcile work progress, material consumption, and billing data.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments for billing-related matters.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP-based billing systems.
- Robust knowledge of IS measurement standards, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
