About the Role
Honey Makhija Group is looking for highly creative Reel Editors who can transform long-form business vlogs into viral Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
You will edit content from Dr. Honey Makhija's daily entrepreneurial journey and create engaging short-form videos designed to reach millions of viewers.
The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, hooks, subtitles, music selection, and viral editing styles.

Your editing quality should closely match these creators.
Submission Process
- Watch the YouTube channel.
- Create:
- One reel under 20 seconds.
- One reel under 50 seconds.
- Follow the editing style of the reference Instagram pages.
- Submit both videos via WhatsApp.
Shortlisted candidates will receive a call after the submission deadline regarding the next stage.
Payment Policy
- ₹20 per approved reel
- Videos uploaded between the 1st and 31st of the month will be paid on the 8th of the following month.
- Video approval generally takes place approximately the day after tomorrow following submission.
Only approved videos will be eligible for payment.
