- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- Strong experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies relevant to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
