1) Manage all the sales related activity of the company.
2) Handle a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller
3) Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
4) Handle the tasks of preparing quotations / Proforma Invoice for different products.
5)



Track sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
6) Effectively communicating with customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
7) Support the field sales team.
8) Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
9) Resolve any sales related issues with customers.
10) Make follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
11) Respond to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
12) Follow up with customers for payments.
13) Handle India Mart Website portal
14) Follow-up for the samples sent to customers.
