Job Summary

PVblink Technology Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar inverter manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements





- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
