Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining the platform and solutions. Providing support and troubleshooting for system and users.

- Collaborating with product team to deliver solutions and resolve issues
- Participating in the Agile journey, including weekly stand-ups, PI Planning etc
- Managing IT operations and ensuring the ongoing maintenance/migration of platforms and solutions
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure and applications.
- Providing Linux system support and overseeing the management of IT infrastructure
- Managing AWS cloud infrastructure
- Delivering assistance and resolving technical issues for both systems and end users




- Collaborate with development and operations teams to align goals and processes
