Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be passionate about recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain the recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required.





Eligibility

- 0–1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
