About the Role

Thrise Agency is looking for enthusiastic freshers who are interested in building a career in the eCommerce and marketplace industry.

This role is suitable for candidates who want to learn how online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other eCommerce platforms work. The selected candidate will be trained in product listing, catalogue management, order coordination, marketplace operations, basic reporting, and brand account support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
- Support catalogue creation, product title updates, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product content, pricing, inventory, and offers.
- Monitor product listings for errors, suppression, missing images, incorrect pricing, and stock issues.
- Help prepare basic reports related to sales, orders, inventory, and account performance.
- Support marketplace account operations and day-to-day issue resolution.
- Assist in competitor research, keyword research, and product visibility checks.
- Coordinate with design, content, and ads teams for listing improvements.
- Learn and support basic Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub operations.
- Maintain accurate data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Skills Required

- Strong interest in eCommerce, online marketplaces, and digital business.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow processes and complete tasks on time.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, or online shopping platforms will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working with data, product information, and marketplace dashboards.

Preferred Qualification

- Any graduate degree.
- Freshers from B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, BA, or related fields can apply.
- Candidates with internship experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or operations will be preferred.
