Flights Mojo is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to build and streamline operational processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate should be capable of setting up workflows, creating SOPs, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and establish operational processes from the ground level.
- Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and workflows.
- Set up systems to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure process compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare MIS reports, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and manage teams to achieve business objectives.




- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Operations Management.
- Proven experience in building and implementing operational processes from scratch.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Experience in the Travel Industry will be preferred.
