Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available for production. Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) methods, especially critical for medical grade materials.

2. Material Inward/Outward: Oversee the unloading of raw materials, verify quantities against Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices, and manage the dispatch of finished products.

3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records in ERP systems or MS Excel. Prepare GRN (Goods Received Note), Material Requisition Notes, and Gate Passes.

4. Warehouse Organization: Ensure the store is clean and organized according to 5S standards. Ensure specific storage conditions (like temperature or humidity) are met for sensitive medical components.

5. Stock Auditing: Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconcile any differences between physical stock and system records.

6. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team regarding delivery schedules and rejected materials.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
