Strategic Leadership:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for projects. Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for Engagement: Engage with a strategic level to understand their businessobjectives and align solutions accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry bestpractices and emerging trends.

Solution Architecture:

- Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions.



Ensure that the system architecture aligns with the long-termbusiness goals.
- The candidate should have experience in a support role, specifically in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, includes providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support.

Business Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and efficiencyimprovements. Guide in transforming their business processes.

Quality Assurance:

- Oversee and ensure the quality of implementations. Conduct reviews and audits to maintain high standards.

Project Governance:

- Establish and enforce project governance standards. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

- Provide mentorship to junior and senior consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure that the team can effectively manage and maintain the solution.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies and best practices.

Change Management:

- Play a key role in change management processes associated withimplementations
- Guide through organizational changes related to adoption.

Executive Communication:

- Communicate project updates, strategic insights, and recommendationsto executive-level stakeholders.

SAP HANA:

- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable. Experience and understanding of SAC Analytics and other reporting toolsin SAP.
