Job Summary:We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Manager who can inspire a team and close deals with the kind of charm that could sell a comb to a bald man. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the Zirakpur region.

- Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.




- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transactions.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations for promotional campaigns and client events.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities – the kind that can "sell a comb to a bald man."
