Requirements

- Post Graduate in Management
- Total Experience of 12 to 15 years
- Industry Experience of 5 to 7 years
- Strong working knowledge of the assigned territory
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong numerical skills and understanding of financial reporting
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills

Key Result Areas

- Handling and managing sales & marketing operations and devising business development strategies to drive business volumes.
- Identifying and generating business from current customers and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.




- Network Expansion and Management.
- Operation Management of branches and transshipment while ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and timely deliverables within cost and quality parameters.
- Supervising and monitoring of overall activities related to vendor management, operations, administration, sales, collection, etc. while ensuring to achieve business targets.
- Formulating reports and presentation while ensuring accuracy.
- Supervising & monitoring the performance of staff/team members/professionals to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets
- Efficiently arranging training sessions to keep SOP’s compliance and skill levels of employees up to date.
