- Generate new business opportunities for the PCD/Franchise division.
- Appoint new PCD distributors and franchise partners across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing franchise clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share product quotations, price lists, promotional offers, and product information.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams for timely execution.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Promote new product launches and marketing schemes to franchise partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities,



and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge programs.
- Work towards increasing business from existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.

Pay: ₹20,812.08 - ₹35,761.90 per month
