We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and a seasoned skilled to drive school admissions

- Collation of preliminary information and counselling of parents seeking admission for their wards through walk-ins, online-digital and telephonic enquiries
- Drive end to end admission process by providing a seamless experience to parents right from explaining the course offerings, curriculum and pedagogy, school facilities via campus tour, counseling the parents, following up with them through different media
- Initiate and achieve corporate & Pre School Tie-Ups to widen the lead pool.
- Actively participate in lead generation activities like education fairs, expo's, parent engagement activities at residential societies, malls or even in house events in collaboration with the school teams as part of admission drive.




- Achieve admission targets by counseling and supporting parents throughout the admission process - resolving queries and assisting them with documentation (registration, enquiry form etc.) leading to optimum conversion of enquiries to admissions.
- Independently conduct competitors’ mapping, and refine the sales pitch accordingly.
- Ensure accurate data is uploaded on the CRM on a real time basis.
- Prepare, maintain and share MIS reports of admissions, enquiries, conversions, transfers and any other ad-hoc reports or general register as may be required by the management.
- Adhere to school policies, procedures and guidelines and track and follow up on fee collection
- Perform all secondary and additional responsibilities given
