We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and timely reporting to ensure successful project execution within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Track critical activities, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for effective execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and MIS reports.
- Analyze project risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles, resource planning, and construction methodologies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
