Job Description
We are looking for a creative, trend-focused Social Media Executive who can handle all major social media platforms and create content that connects, engages, and converts.
The ideal candidate should understand Instagram trends, reels, storytelling formats, Instagram Stories, YouTube content, LinkedIn brand building, and social media content writing.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Plan and execute Instagram Stories as a key focus area, including daily story ideas, polls, quizzes, product education, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, offer reminders, and interactive engagement formats.
Identify trending reels, sounds, formats, memes, and adapt them creatively for the brand.
Develop connective storytelling content that builds emotional connection with the audience.
Write solid hooks, captions, reel scripts, story copies, post copies, LinkedIn content, and campaign content.
Plan Instagram reels with technical hooks, engaging openings, clear flow, and strong CTAs.
Focus on YouTube Shorts, long-form video ideas, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and content planning.
Create professional and brand-building content for LinkedIn.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team for daily content execution.




Plan monthly social media calendars for campaigns, product promotions, launches, festive content, reels, and stories.
Monitor comments, DMs, audience engagement, story replies, and community responses.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement, story views, link clicks, and trends.
Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and content updates across all platforms.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, trends, hooks, and engagement formats.
Valuable social media content writing skills.
Ability to create emotional, educational, promotional, interactive, and trend-based content.
Basic understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram content formats.
Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
Ability to research competitors, trends, and audience behaviour.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or scheduling tools is a plus.
Should be able to work with designers, editors, and the marketing team.

Preferred Experience
0 to 3 years of experience in social media, content writing, or content creation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
