Seeking Flexcube Retail Core Banking Tech Support personnel urgently
Role: L2 Application Support Engineer
Client: marquee banking customer
Onsite Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Skillset desired is as follows:
4.5 to 7 years of experience in Application Support
Good Analytical skills in resolving issues.
Functional knowledge of banking and financial applications (FLEXCUBE CBS)
Solid knowledge of PL SQL Queries
Knowledge of APIs and log analysis
Knowledge of Linux/Unix
Experience of using ITSM tool
Knowledge of Managing Service Request and Incident

Job Responsibilities are below:

Resolve unknown issues and errors where deep dive analysis would be required.
Conduct Incident Analysis.
Troubleshoot and find circumvention.
Perform non-standard service requests which do not have SOPs or KEDB entries.
Support for DC –DR drill for respective application.




Co-ordination with the L3 team/Vendor to help in logical closure of the tickets.
UAT Deployment and Testing of Bug Fixes
Implementing Change Management/ Break fix process
Managing Critical Activities like DB Password Change/ DR drill activities
Support Interface Team when transactions fail via APIs.
RWA/ GL Recon Activity
Master Maintenance Activity (Holiday marking, Product creation, Branch creation, role mapping, Rate maintenance of FD/RD/CASA)
Preparing SQL queries as per RBI Report (Adhoc)
Queries/ Process Automation of recurring request
