Key Responsibilities

- - Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical support.
- Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Support laptop, desktop, printer, and network setup.
- Assist with user account creation and access management.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Assist with IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
- Assist with cybersecurity awareness and basic security activities.
- Learn and support backup, monitoring, and IT helpdesk processes.
Document technical issues and solutions.

Required Skills
