Identify and develop partnerships with international healthcare facilitators, medical tourism agencies, embassies, NGOs, and overseas hospitals.
- Build and maintain referral networks across priority countries and emerging international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify countries, specialties, and treatment segments with growth potential.
- Represent the hospital at medical tourism conferences, healthcare expos, embassy events, and international networking forums.
- Develop country-wise outreach plans and partnership strategies for international business expansion.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to create specialty-based treatment packages, including wellness and Ayurveda offerings.
- Negotiate commercial terms, referral agreements, pricing structures, and partnership documentation.
- Ensure timely sharing of updated hospital profiles, doctor portfolios, brochures, and treatment information with partners.
- Monitor partner performance, referral trends, and conversion outcomes to strengthen active collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams for international branding initiatives.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing partners through regular follow-ups, reviews, and engagement activities.
- Connect with admitted international patients and their attendants to build rapport, understand concerns, and ensure a positive treatment experience in coordination with the operations and patient care teams.
- Submit monthly reports on partnership development, market opportunities, and business performance.
- Support institutional visits, international delegations, and partner meetings hosted at the hospital.
- Uphold the compassionate and service-oriented ethos of Bhaktivedanta Hospital during all professional interactions.
- Any other activity/ projects as assigned by HOD.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, International Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare business development, medical tourism, or international relations.
- Experience in hospital marketing or international patient services preferred.
- Knowledge of international healthcare communication and documentation processes.
- Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of international patient expectations and healthcare trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and reporting.
- Strategic thinking and market analysis capability.
- Ability to work independently and travel when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
