- Be part of architectural planning and design of hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and project teams to ensure designs meet functional, clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate architectural drawings, construction documents, BOQs, and working drawings.
- Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), UDCPR (Maharashtra), and other relevant statutory norms.
- Supervise site planning, space programming, and layout optimization for healthcare facilities.
- Conduct design feasibility studies, prepare presentations, and assist in approvals from statutory authorities.
- Monitor project progress and address design-related challenges during execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, MEP, and interior consultants to ensure project integration.
