Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing housekeeping operations across assigned client sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, manpower management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping operations at assigned sites.
- Manage supervisors and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper cleaning schedules and SOPs are followed.
- Conduct daily inspections and quality audits.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Recruit, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per client requirements.

Eligibility

- Education: Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Housekeeping/Facility Management, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in hospitals, corporate offices, educational institutions, or industrial facilities is preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

As per company policy (6 days a week), with flexibility to visit client sites as required.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained, and coordinating daily housekeeping operations at the assigned client site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff on a daily basis.
- Allocate duties and prepare shift-wise work schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machines.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff deployment.
- Train new housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety, and grooming standards.
- Maintain stock and inventory of cleaning materials and report shortages.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures (if applicable).
- Submit daily and monthly housekeeping reports to the Manager.

Eligibility

- Education: Minimum HSC (Graduate preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, or facility management companies.
