We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, preparing quotations, email communication, CRM handling, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Telecalling and generating recent leads
- Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Email communication with customers and vendors
- Maintaining customer database and CRM records
- Coordinating with sales team for order processing
- Closing deals and maintaining customer relationships
- Preparing reports in Excel and maintaining documentation
- Supporting day-to-day back office operations

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Computer Operations
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Knowledge of CRM handling preferred
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Back Office / Telecalling role is mandatory

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month
- Sunday Fixed Off
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
