About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer interaction, lead generation, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, candidates, or clients.
- Explain company products, services, or job opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the HR, Sales, or Business Development team as required.

Required Skills





- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed 12th, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate studies.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
