Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Opening & Client Onboarding Analyst to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) clients, AIFs, ensuring timely account activation, regulatory compliance, and a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Account Opening

- - Manage end-to-end account opening for PMS investors (Individual, HUF, Corporate, NRI, Trust).
- Coordinate with Investors, Relationship Managers, and distributors for KYC, CML, FATCA, and onboarding documentation.
- Review account opening forms for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with custodians, depositories, and internal teams for account setup and strategy allocation.
- Track onboarding progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely activation of investment accounts and resolve onboarding-related queries.

Documentation & Compliance

- - Verify investor documentation in line with SEBI, KYC, and AML guidelines.




- Maintain accurate onboarding records and client documentation.
- Coordinate with Compliance for any documentation or regulatory clarifications.
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and onboarding timelines.

Process Management

- - Maintain onboarding trackers and MIS reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance client experience.
- Support automation and digitization initiatives within onboarding processes.

Skills & Qualifications

- - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Custodian, Broking, or Financial Services Operations.
- Strong understanding of Individual, HUF, NRI, Trust, and Corporate account opening processes.
- Knowledge of KYC, CML, FATCA, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
