Qnik.in is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure an excellent shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and supporting billing and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in finding products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Receive, unpack, label, and arrange incoming stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with billing, POS operations, and cash handling.
- Pack customer orders accurately for in-store pickup or delivery.
- Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
- Follow company policies related to safety, hygiene, and store operations.
- Coordinate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
