Title: Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Excellent understanding of Project Management and Software Development methodologies

- Manage projects from inception through delivery ensuring completion of the project objectives on schedule.

- Meet with business units and stakeholders to analyze the feasibility of projects and track the progress of projects.

- Develop a detailed project plan (goals, objectives, strategy, scope, budget, scheduling, contingency plans, approach, requirements, deliverables, timelines work breakdown structures, and training needs).

- Utilizing project management disciplines and methodologies including process analysis, mapping, and flowcharting to ensure synchronization of processes and systems.

- Engage key stakeholders, define and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance, and lead the project team.

- Provide expertise, leadership, guidance, and supervision to cross-functional and / or multi-unit teams regarding forecasting, tracking and executing project related tasks, budgets, and resource allocations.





- Partner with the customer teams, development teams and management to develop an implementation project plan and assist in the identification and establishment of an implementation team.

- Do the task if needed instead of coordination

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Ability to effectively translate between functional and technical teams.

- Hands-on experience in data entry will be added advantage.

- Should have the passion to explore and keep enhancing skills.

- Should have robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
