Salary -₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

About the Role

More Retail & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. Experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG sector will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations).
- Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable provisions.
- Prepare TDS returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Process and maintain PF and ESI records.
- Ensure timely filing of PF and ESI returns.
- Coordinate with consultants and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Maintain compliance with labour-related statutory requirements.

Financial Reporting

- Assist in the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements.
- Support the preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.




- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare financial schedules and supporting documents for auditors.

E-commerce Accounting

- Reconcile transactions from E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Shopify, and other online platforms.
- Verify marketplace settlements, commissions, deductions, returns, refunds, and payment reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for online sales and inventory-related transactions.

Documentation & Coordination

- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper filing and record management for statutory and financial documents.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation and Profit & Loss Account.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Additional certifications in GST, Tally, or Accounting will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Experience in E-commerce accounting and statutory compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle complete accounting operations independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,679.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
