About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager the ideal candidate will lead cross-functional technology initiatives, drive digital transformation, and manage the successful delivery of IT projects across supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Drive collaboration between business teams, IT, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
- Oversee integration of IT systems such as ERP, CRM, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Supply Chain Planning tools.




Champion best practices in project management and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Vendor management and global project delivery experience.

Soft Skills:
