Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper / Store Manager who can efficiently manage store operations, inventory, and purchase activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock management, vendor coordination, and procurement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling purchases, and ensuring the smooth availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete store operations efficiently.
- Handle purchasing and procurement of materials as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely purchases to avoid shortages.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
- Issue materials to departments while maintaining proper documentation.




- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Prepare purchase orders, stock reports, and inventory reports.
- Maintain all purchase and store-related documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock planning and procurement requirements.
- Ensure proper inventory control to minimize wastage and losses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Manager.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, and vendor management is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Good negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and basic computer operations is mandatory.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
