At least 1 year of experience in technical recruiting.Sourcing Mastery: Deep expertise in candidate matching via portals, social recruiting, and advanced string creation.Adaptable Communicator: Ability to talk technical languages with developers and strategic outcomes with business leaders.Process-Driven: High discipline in updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and building strong talent pipelines.
