- Ledger scrutiny, journal entries & month-end closing
- Finalization of Balance Sheet & P&L;
- Bank reconciliation & cash flow management
- Fixed asset accounting (mining machinery, vehicles)

2. Mining-Related Accounting

- Accounting of royalty, DMF, NMET, seigniorage
- Costing of overburden removal, excavation, blasting
- Material reconciliation (quantity vs billing)
- Mining contractor bills verification
- Compliance with State Mining Dept. rules

3. Transportation & Fleet Accounting

- Vehicle-wise expense tracking (diesel, toll, repair, tyre)
- Trip-wise & route-wise profitability analysis
- Freight billing & reconciliation
- Diesel consumption & mileage analysis
- GPS / log book reconciliation

4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- GST (returns, reconciliation, transport GST issues)
- TDS (contractors, transporters, drivers)




- Income Tax, advance tax working
- E-way bill & transport compliance

5. Cost Control & MIS

- Prepare MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Cost comparison: estimated vs actual
- Profitability by mine / site / vehicle
- Budgeting & variance analysis

6. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Vendor ledger reconciliation
- Payment scheduling
- Contract compliance & rate verification
- Coordination with operations & site team

7. Audit & Coordination

- Support statutory, tax & internal audits
- Coordinate with CA, consultants & authorities
- Documentation & record maintenance

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
