Job Profile:

- Handling of Day-to-day Banking Transactions
- Passing of Bank Transactions and Vouchers entries in Tally
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Preparation of Cash and Fund Flow statements
- Interacting with Bankers for Renewal of limits
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly reports as required by Banks
- Reconciliation of Inter Branch transactions
- Initiating and Liasioning with Bankers for Issue of Bank Guarantees
- Accounting of Investment in Shares/Bonds
- Calculation of Gain or loss of Shares
- Preparation of daily and monthly MIS reports for Management
- Handling of Statutory and Transaction Audits
- Passing of Month-end Provision entries.
- Hands on experience on Tally and excel proficiency.
- GST / ITR workings and uploads.
- Preparation of Vehicle loan Documents for availing Vehicle Loan
- Preparation of Foreign Inward/Outward Remittance documents
