Job Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and file patent applications.
- Conduct patentability, novelty, and prior art searches.
- Prepare patent specifications and claims.
- Handle patent prosecution and respond to examination reports.
- Coordinate with clients regarding patent-related matters.
- Maintain patent portfolios and filing records.
- Monitor patent deadlines and ensure timely compliance.
- Work closely with inventors, R&D; teams, and legal professionals.
- Stay updated with Indian and international patent laws.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patent drafting, filing, or prosecution.




- Knowledge of the Indian Patent Act and patent filing procedures.
- Strong research, analytical, and technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with patent searches and prior art analysis.
- Familiarity with IP management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
