We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our team as Client Service Officers. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and documentation requirements
- Maintain and update client records in internal systems
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents or updates
- Handle basic issue resolution and escalate complex matters when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Arts, or related fields preferred)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred)
