Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing effective social media strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Design high-quality creatives using Canva while maintaining brand consistency
- Plan, manage, and execute social media calendars and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and implement creative content ideas
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads , etc.)
- Engage with audience by responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with internal teams for content creation and campaign execution




- Prepare performance reports and track key KPIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts
- Expertise in content creation (posts, captions, reels, stories)
- Experience in social media planning and campaign management
- Proficiency in Canva for professional creative design work
- Experience with Meta Ads and paid campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
