Job Summary
We are hiring a Product Support Executive to manage client interactions, product demonstrations, and support for our software solutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills with basic knowledge of software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and explain our software products: TruHR (HRMS), CRM, FAME, ERP, Payroll, Attendance, and Visitor Management.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle client calls and provide prompt support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Visit client locations whenever required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Share customer feedback with the Product & Development teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust product pitching and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of software products/SaaS applications.
- Basic technical knowledge to explain product features.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Qualification
- Education: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computers), BBA, MBA, or any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers to 2 Years.
- Candidates with knowledge of HRMS, CRM, ERP, Payroll, or similar software products will be preferred.
