Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive shall be responsible for meeting prospective customers, conducting project site visits, promoting the Company's real estate projects, and converting customer inquiries into successful bookings and sales. The Employee shall represent Vihaan Skyline professionally and contribute towards achieving the Company's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet prospective customers and explain the Company's projects, pricing, offers, and investment advantages.
- Conduct and coordinate customer site visits.
- Follow up with leads provided by the Company and convert qualified leads into bookings and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist customers throughout the booking, documentation, and registration process.
- Coordinate with the Customer Care team to ensure timely follow-ups and site visits.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events organized by the Company.
- Maintain daily records of customer meetings, site visits, follow-ups,



and sales activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Management.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

General Conditions

The Employee shall perform all assigned duties honestly, diligently, and professionally while complying with the Company's policies and procedures. Failure to maintain satisfactory performance or comply with the Company's instructions may result in performance review, disciplinary action, or termination of employment at the sole discretion of the Company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
